ELECTION DAY AT HAUGHTON SCHOOL!
Haughton School held its very first Election Day. Every child in school had the opportunity to cast their vote to elect representatives for our School Council, Planet Champions and Online Safety Champions.
The successful candidates will meet every half term to discuss important topics relating to school life and explore ways they can be champions within their area of responsibility. Working closely with staff, they will help ensure that pupils' voices are heard and play an active role in making positive changes across the school.
We are incredibly proud of all the children who took part and demonstrated such enthusiasm for this important democratic process.
