TELFORD & WREKIN COUNCIL'S SHORT BREAKS STATEMENT & SURVEY

Telford and Wrekin Council’s Short Breaks Statement is designed to show how they meet the social care needs of Children and Young People, up to the age of 18, with disabilities in Telford and Wrekin. It shows the levels of support available, who it is available to and how to access it. The statement was initially published in Spring 2023, and they are now carrying out annual reviews to ensure it is fit for purpose and remains up to date.
